Vacation Time

Rick and Penny were just kids when they married 38 years ago.  They made their home inSoutheast Michigan where they raised two sons.  They also are blessed with two grandchildren, one from each of the sons.

It seems like motorcycles have always been a part of their lives.  Penny's brothers had motorcycles, and Rick had a 68 Harley Davidson Sportster when they were dating.  Rick even bought Penny a motorcycle of her own for their fourth anniversary.

They have always liked to travel, and are avid boaters and had quite the adventures on the Great Lakes of Michigan.  Nowadays, they do most of their traveling on two wheels.   Rick on his 2003 Harley Davidson Duece, and Penny on her 2006 Harley Davidson Heritage.  They have a group of friends that they love to hook up with to go traveling and have been from Upper Michigan to Key West.  Their latest adventure was for a three week jaunt out West, if you see them, be sure to ask them to tell you about it!

Rick and Penny are both retired.  Rick is a former 32 year Detroit Teamster, and a member of the Detroit Teamster Motorcycle Association.  Penny spent most of her working career as a elementary school secretary in Michigan.

They are "snowbirds" if you will, but love coming to Naples in the winter and visiting the surrounding areas.
